PageWright runs entirely on your computer. We don't collect, transmit, or store any of your data.
PageWright is a local desktop application. When you use it, the software connects directly from your computer to your FTP, FTPS, or SFTP server. All file editing, previewing, and management happens between your machine and your hosting provider. No data passes through our servers.
Your server credentials (host, username, password) are stored locally on your computer in an AES-256 encrypted file. They are never transmitted to us or any third party.
The Live Preview feature fetches pages from your own website URL so they can be displayed in the preview pane. These requests go directly from your computer to your site. No proxy servers or third-party services are involved.
PageWright contains no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or usage tracking of any kind. We have no idea how you use the software, how often you use it, or what sites you connect to.
PageWright only makes network connections that you initiate:
That's it. No background connections, no update checks, no phone-home behavior.
This website is a static informational site. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. Downloads and optional contributions are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
